In this 2 hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get you the best price possible.

 -  We start with a phone interview.

-  We will walk through the home and discuss how to get the best return-on-investment. We will use a detailed Staging Report to write down everything that need to be done to get the best possible price.

 - Also included is my Open House Checklist and Closet Organization Checklist. 

 -  You will have enough information to make the necessary changes, to give you a better return-on-investment.

    (Up to two hours in the home any additional hours reverting to a $100.00 hourly.

This service is all about physically staging the main areas of the house based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  -   We will make a HUGE transformation using what you have to make the most of each space.

  -   I will bring accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos.

 -   We will work up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go.

 -   House must be prepped and cleaned prior to stagger arriving. 

    ( Up to 4  hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly  rate)

Do you have a larger home that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem.

 - This service is the same as $450 Mini Session but it is for 6 hours.
